We want every pinch of Salt of Kinsale to arrive just as it left the salt beds. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it out.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at billy@saltofkinsale.ie with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

Ceramic pots and tins must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of salt once its seal has been opened (unopened salt is fine). Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the price of the items and your original standard delivery charge within 14 days, using the same payment method you paid with.

Arrived broken, faulty or wrong?

Ceramic is lovely but delicate. If your pot arrives damaged, or something isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. There’s no need to send a broken pot back.

Gifts

If you received a gift from us and need help, get in touch. Refunds go to the original purchaser.

Orders outside Ireland

The same policy applies. Any customs duties or fees on items being returned are the sender’s responsibility.

Your rights

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
